 Symptoms of Inner Peace

-Dr. Jeff Rockwell

A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than from fears based on past experiences

An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment

A loss of interest in judging self

A loss of interest in judging others

A loss of interest in conflict

A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others

A loss of ability to worry (this is a very serious symptom)

Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation

Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature

Frequent attacks of smiling through the eyes of the heart

Increasing susceptibility to love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it

The Terma Collective “The Box: Remembering the Gift”

what in your life is calling you?
when all the noise is silenced,
the meetings adjourned,
the lists laid aside,
and the wild iris blooms by itself in the dark forest,
what still pulls on your soul?

in the silence between your heartbeats hides a summons.
do you hear it?
name it, if you must,
or leave it nameless,
but why pretend it is not there?

owl, i love you so*

Saturday, November 19th, 2011

2 days ago I gave away an owl feather from the wing of the most beautiful owl I found freshly killed several years ago.  Then my friend and I were out walking and I looked over and there, laying in the grass and leaves was this (exact same size) owl feather.  When I picked it up, I realized this recirculation of owl medicine.  thank you! your silent wisdom came like magic.  so heart filling*   who-who-whooo

the path in, inner discovery

”The deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery, but a process of creation. You are not discovering yourself but creating yourself anew. Seek, therefore, not to find out who you are, seek to determine what you want to be” – Neale Donald Walsch
